If you would like to place an order for any of the pieces you have seen on this site please print and complete this form and mail it with your payment or credit card information to the address below. Orders may also be placed by phone.   If I have the piece in stock in my showroom I will send it out by UPS or US Mail the next day.  If it is not in stock or is a special order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  The shipping charges will be added to your order.  If you have any questions or special requests, please call or email me and I will be happy to talk with you.

I also sell to many craft stores and galleries.  Delivery time is generally 6-8 weeks.   Please call or email me for a wholesale price list and brochure.
